it is signed on front in the artwork "R. Toledo". Ruben Toledo is known for his outstanding fashion illustrations, he illustrated advertisements for Nordstrom and some of the most well known design houses in the world.
i believe it is porcelain, but i dont know how to tell. it could be some other sort of ceramic.
it is signed "Nordstrom" on back.
approx 12 inches long, approximately 8 inches wide and sits approximately 1 1/2 inches high.
